Cons of dating an older man

Older doesn’t always mean wiser, and they may have a lot of baggage.

But if they have a decent job they actually feel better paying for everything. We may think that staying up drinking till 7am three nights in a row with work the next morning is completely doable however this poor old dog needs at least 8 hours kip a night if he wants to be somewhat productive at all the next day. Most of the guys past their mid-20's surprisingly do not know that much about Pitbull, the drink promos in Alchemy and the use of the term 'YOLO'. This goes for the majority of older guys that I've dated. This always boggles me, how could you not know who Pitbull is? More than likely if he feels that it's a Let's face it, this guy has been around the block a few times. Older guys generally have enough shit going on in their lives which makes game playing uninteresting to them.Sometimes dating someone who is too mature can be a real downer.Someone who is older than you can be your teacher in a number of ways. These are the little things you might not think are important until you've moved onto a guy your own age who brings his washing home and calls his Mam 9 times a day.

This is a really annoying con, it seems like he's been and done everything dating wise, so it's hard to do anything new with this guy.

Money can be used as power, keeping you dependent and on a short leash. It completely depends on who you are and who this older man or woman is.

Age shouldn’t matter if love is there, but it can be an issue, even in a loving relationship.

Also, because of the age difference, and trust me it doesn't matter if you're the most independent person in the world, they will take extra care of you.

Obviously, they have spent more time on this earth than we have.

If you aren’t particularly flush, dating someone older can mean a step up in the financial bracket.
